Partner & Founder
Jane set up the Middleton Partnership in 2011 to provide pragmatic, best practice Human Resources support and consultancy services to entrepreneurial businesses and their owners and managers in need of sensible advice.
With over 20 years experience in senior HR roles within Financial Services at Citi, Cazenove and JP Morgan and Hotel Management at IHG and Millennium hotels, she is well qualified to manage the full scope of HR challenges that businesses and employees face on a daily basis.
Jane is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
ANNABEL COWLEY
Consultant & Executive Coach
Annabel is an HR Generalist with over 20 years experience gained from the Financial Services and Hospitality sectors including Deutsche Bank, Citi, JP Morgan Cazenove and World First.
Since 2015, she has combined her HR expertise with that of Executive Coaching. Accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching and the founder of AC Executive Coaching, Annabel is passionate about helping her clients reach their personal and career potential.
Annabel is a trained Hogan Associate which offers her/our clients the opportunity to carry out the globally-recognised Hogan Assessment, which enables employers to assess personality in the workplace. The assessments measure personality characteristics, risk of career derailment, core values and cognitive style and make recommendations on how to improve workplace performance.
NICOLE DAWSON
Consultant
Nicole is an accomplished HR Generalist working in various HR roles across the Financial Services, Professional Services and Education sectors, including for Ernst & Young and JP Morgan Cazenove.
Since 2011, Nicole has been a Consultant with The Middleton Partnership, bringing expertise on HR policy drafting, review and implementation.
Nicole is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
