JANE MIDDLETON
Founder
Jane set up The Middleton Partnership to provide pragmatic, best practice People and Talent consulting solutions to high growth businesses and their owners in need of sensible advice.
With over 30 years experience in HR leadership and recruiting roles, she is well qualified to manage the full scope of people-related and hiring challenges that businesses face on a daily basis.
Jane has worked for VC-backed start ups and major global businesses, to include Cazenove, Marex Group, Komainu, Flat Iron Restaurants, Nesta, Citi, Piper PE and Genomics.
She is passionate about helping people - one of the areas she focuses on is providing tailored support to navigate the unchartered waters of redundancy and job search.
Jane is CIPD qualified.
ANNABEL COWLEY
Executive Coach
Annabel is accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching and founder of AC Executive Coaching.
She joins the team with over 20 years HR Generalist experience gained from the Financial Services industry.
Since 2015, she has combined her HR expertise with that of Executive Coaching. She has coached across all industries from retail, energy, financial services & technology to smaller start-ups, enabling clients to find their purpose in both their careers and life through the power of conversation, goal setting. Where appropriate Annabel uses personality questionnaires (Hogan, MBTI, Lumina Spark) for further depth.
Annabel is passionate about helping her clients reach their personal and career potential.
NICOLE DAWSON
Consultant
Nicole is an accomplished HR Generalist working in various HR roles across the Financial Services, Professional Services and Education sectors, including for Ernst & Young and JP Morgan Cazenove.
Since 2011, Nicole has been a Consultant with The Middleton Partnership, bringing expertise on HR policy drafting, review and implementation.
Nicole is CIPD qualified.
